:: I drove into Winnipeg this afternoon, from Langenburg SK. The 4-hour trip took me through a storm system that alternated between a few drops of rain and a steady downpour. Driving at times was hazardous.

Randy: Speaking of rain, we had a downpour Friday night that flooded many a basement on the southside, including my own. I think you have a condo, you might want to have someone check. Our basement has not flooded in the 9 years we have lived here. 🙁

Kelly: Thanks for the info. I called my neighbour, and he checked my house, said everything was ok. I heard it was quite the torrential downpour. I hope your house was ok. Thanks for letting me know. – Randy
